I have spent most of my life learning how to understand people and their needs. In high school it was key club, soccer and musicals. I always need to know what people needed and how I would contribute to, or deliver on those needs. Was it becoming a key club delegate? Was it improving my defensive thinking on the field? Was it singing a little softer to blend with a group? When I got to college it became something I wanted to address on a daily basis, so I majored in Communication and minored in Psychology. The interest became about improving my communications skills in order to better understand the needs of others.I found that working in retail was rewarding because I had to opportunity to help people feel good about themselves. I coupled my love for fashion with my love for helping people. As that love progressed I decided it would be a good "next step" to help others learn to productively communicate to help understand and deliver on the needs of others. So I got into retail management. I have been faced with the communicative challenges throughout journey and I have overcome them all.
