Manage and motivate a dispersed operational team across a diverse multi service 24/7 operation, provide dynamic and Motivational leadership to a dispersed team and to ensure all team members are focused on delivering consistently excellent levels of service to customers.To drive the ultimate success of the operation through effective management, promoting best practice and forming a close working partnership with our client. Carry our regular audits and spot checks of any/all elements of revenue collection and reporting and provide weekly/monthly reports of any financial issues/resolutions, progress and escalate issues as appropriate

Provide management information/reports as and when necessary for the Contract Manager, keep abreast of the legislative, best practice and other changes within the parking services industry and customer service delivery that may effect the operation of the contract. Provide effective leadership, direction and motivation to a team of Parking Attendants ensuring best practice is adhered to, by promote best practice and form a close working partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
