I am a freelance Advisor with over 25 years of global compliance, risk management and executive director experience. Currently advising start-ups, consulting firms, government, C-suite executives and boards on various regulatory, risk and sustainability initiatives. Appointed NED and Chair of the Sustainability committee of a PRA and FCA regulated bank. Current advising SMEs on capital raising and sustainability conduct in the UK in line with recent NED appointment at Quoted Company Alliance. Over 20 years of managing global teams across 22 countries servicing client in over 100 countries. Having travel extensively and lived in 6 countries in the last 23 years. Kicked off financial services career being responsible for prudential capital savings on structured finance deals with regulators. Appointed as an executive director for a variety of regulated firms and funds (Advisor, UCITS etc) and having individual regulatory licenses in EMEA, US and APAC regions. At the age of 26 appointed as Global Chief Compliance officer for a leading Australian Bank and awarded top 20 rising stars in compliance by Institutional Investor after 5 years living in the UK.
