Multiple champion / challenger segments were created with varying degrees of treatment, which would allow the Bank to statistically measure the effects of each.Designed a Savings program that would effectively reduce the cost of credit by collateralizing a portion of the loan. This approach would address regulatory concerns around the sensitive nature of the products targeted consumer population. The strategy provided access to cheaper credit for the population, mitigated portfolio risk through collateralization as well as reduced the overall cost of funds to the Bank.Designed a web 2.0 strategy that would allow iAdvance partners to dynamically market the product within a Bank controlled evironment.
