After completing her undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University, she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Higgins completed a three year surgical residency at St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis where she was Chief Resident, and she was on the Graduate Medical Education Council.Dr. Higgins specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all conditions of the foot and ankle. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is Board Certified in Surgery and Medicine.
