As the lead designer for the division and one of the senior members of the team I worked closely with senior stakeholders (including our MD) and our marketing team to come up with creative ideas to deliver a wide range of materials and services across the 1,500+ strong business. I was involved with all large bids from conception and oversaw that they were produced to the highest standard possible. Iupheld and developed brand guidelines for our divisions, maintained and created templates for the wider business. I helped develop and create visual themes for internal and external communicationsincluding the launch of a refreshed career development program. My management skills were utilised in project managing our virtual team of freelancers ensuring all specs are met and delivered on time.
