Contracted team leader on interface project to convert old UNIX based computer system regulatory information and reconcile with new ERP system. Active in design and implementation of many phases of ERP regulatory modules. Assisted in all other chemical regulatory projects and compliance roles as needed.

Support Specialist to corporate EHS Product Stewardship Group to research and respond to customer inquiries and requests. Provide customer assurance letters pertaining to product safety and impact of GP products including composition, impact on the commercial life cycle, compliance with regulations governing products and conformance to customer requirements pertaining to these products. Assist product subject matter experts on projects as requested including research, trend analysis, and documentation and automation of incoming data into the intranet system.

Support various environmental programs for the US, Canada and Latin American Regions. Maintained MSDSs and all related databases (internet, intranet, distribution centers). Initiate and support recycling and re-use programs. Author and track International EH&S issues as they relate to the industry. Author and publish Environmental and Safety Bulletins. Have detailed knowledge of other environmental issues such as hazardous waste profiles, analytical services, health and dermatitis issues, air quality (VOC’s) and water quality (effluent and waste disposal).

As Regulatory Affairs Coordinator my primary duties consisted of finished product compliance with several Federal, State and Local government agencies; specifically, EPA, USDA, FDA, OSHA, DOT, GA Dept. of Natural Resources and all state departments of agriculture. Have detailed knowledge with EPA programs such as FIFRA, EPCRA, SPCC, CAA and SARA. Assisted the Technical Director with in-house audits and regulatory compliance issues and QC personnel with product compliance and testing. Supported and maintained all regulatory documentation (EPA registrations, state registrations, Labeling, MSDSs and written safety programs). Authored and initiated several safety programs and inspections. Conducted Safety training for all OSHA and DOT programs for Atlanta and Dallas facilities.
