Utilize sales experience to generate leads at events, festivals, home shows and retail locations.

Greet and welcome tables within 45 seconds of table arriving. Take drink, appetizer, and dinner orders. Input orders into POS system. Read meal tickets and assist other employees with getting food to table in a timely manner. Provide exemplary service to every guest while making each experience unique and enjoyable. Utilize sales capabilities to upsell menu items. Complete side work at end of every shift. Mathematics skills for tip reporting on server report at end of shift.

Handle all administrative work for the company including; payroll, scheduling, pricing quotes, field work to document work sites including taking photographs and accurate site measurements, hiring of 1099 employees, ordering and picking up supplies, coordinating with outsourced printing companies, paying all company expenses on time via company bank account, keep and track weekly company budget/profits/expenses via Microsoft Excel, utilizing Microsoft Outlook to coordinate and track work with graphic designers, weekly payroll for all employees including 1099 employees, tracking PTO for all employees. Customer service skills with customers as well as other design companies who would periodically contribute with large scale projects. Traveling to project sites as well as production companies to retrieve printed materials for projects.Handle and submit sales tax report to Greenville County each month to avoid audit.

Schedule all appointments including leads generated from multiple platforms. Handle production tasks and coordinate scheduling with production supervisor according to supply deliveries & customer’s timeline. Track and record sales representatives commission logs. Handle weekly payroll for all employees. Coordinate with outsourced HR company to create employee handbook including all company policies. Create and maintain company social media profiles across multiple platforms. Utilize Microsoft excel to track production costs and company profits.

Oversee daily operations. Handle front desk tasks, hotel tasks, customer complaints. Handle past due invoices, scheduling of employees, employee discipline, and daily revenue reports. Involvement with corporate for hiring new staff.
