In my current role, I leverage my HR and recruiting skills to attract, retain, and develop the best talent for Devon Air Ambulance. I am responsible for coordinating and administering the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and issuing contracts, to handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and ensure compliance with employment law, best practice and ethical standards. I have demonstrated my ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, I am proficient in using various HR systems and tools.
