Monitored EV programs by gathering feedback through check-ins and evaluations.. Responded to EV inquiries and concerns by providing ongoing support, guidance and advocacy in a timely fashion. Organized cultural activities for EVs at their site of activity. Interviewed candidates to evaluate English level to participate in programs. Monitored 24/7 emergency line on a rotating basis. Updated EV information and records in various databases. Collaborated closely with team members to improve EV and host company relations, database functions and reporting.

- Worked closely with two Thai English teachers, focused on building their capacity of teaching
methodologies, lesson planning, classroom management and assessment, incorporated
alternative forms of discipline in the classroom.- Introduced student-centered activities to increase student's communication abilities in a
rural, underprivileged school, reached students at the US equivalent of grades 4-9.Organized and collaborated with Thai counterparts to host a variety of events including English camps, health and sexual safety camps, as well as teacher trainings to reach
