The Managing Director develops and serves as the operational leader across programs for international students on campus. The MD drives enrollment goals and ensures a high-quality experience for all students in this specialized academic program. As the most senior member of the staff, the MD builds the partnership, provides strategic and ongoing leadership, and oversees day-to-day operations.

The Academic Director implements and manages the Intensive English Program, curriculum and support services for international students. This individual primarily ensures the delivery of a high-quality academic experience for all students in the program. This program combines English language instruction and support with academic instruction and acculturation. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Academic Director ensures the quality of this specialized academic program, organizing effective student support and guidance in areas of English for academic purposes, tutorials, and progression through the program.In cooperation with university academic units and university administrators, the Academic Director works collegially with students, faculty members, and administrators. The Academic Director is a strong team player who participates in both academic and student services initiatives, providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.

Health Advancement in Vietnam, HAIVN- Support Harvard Medical School and Impact Med with 5 Vietnamese Universities of Medicine and Pharmacy in English for Medical Purposes curriculum reform/English language program development- Conduct needs analysis and make programmatic recommendations- Lead administrative training sessions on program development three times per year in Vietnam with participating universities- Research and present on English for Medical Purposes- Consult with language faculty leaders in curriculum reform project- Provide written and verbal feedback on program development and curriculum- Liaise with HAIVN/Harvard country director and technical advisor on project outcomes and deliverablesGlobal Citizenship Co-Facilitator- Co-facilitate Global Citizenship Certification courses globally and domestically- Research and develop materials for Global Citizenship coursesGlobal Solutions and Project Development- Write proposals and draft MOUs for medical university partnerships in Vietnam

The Assistant Academic Director fosters strong, collaborative relationships with Student Life offices across campus and oversaw all academic programming, coordination, and curriculum. He/she establishes effective coordination with the Registrar on programmatic scheduling and develops action plans for advisors working with academically at-risk students.
