Regional Office Administrator
Current∙ High visible position requiring leadership by example and promotion of professionalism and integrity while fostering a high-performance team and work environment.∙ Provide direct support to Director of Sales/Distribution, General Sales Manager, District Sales Managers and Operations Team.∙ Work collaboratively across the organization with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services with responsibilities including daily reconciliation of sales versus receipts, desktop bank deposits, proper coding and processing of vendor invoices, generation of reports.∙ Plan, coordinate and organize various meetings and events as well as travel arrangements.∙ Provide support to Recruiting Business Partners in the areas of creating job postings, screening potential candidates, referring candidates for interview. ∙ Provide support to Human Resources by conducting onboarding and orientation for all new hires. Confirm employee understanding of benefits offered and assist with final selection prior to eligibility date. Serve as liaison and resource for employees who need assistance with policies and procedures including Paid Time Off, LOA, Parental Leave, Employee Discounts, etc.∙ Developed strategies to increase efficiencies of office processes and procedures.∙ Train and onboard region’s Office Administrators and serve as ongoing departmental resource.
