A simplebut effective tool which benefited the whole CP team.•During a period where a high number of the CP staff were off sick across the county, I single-handed rearranged a significant amount of CP meetings, source stand in Chairs and notify every single agency/person involved in approx.20 – 25 cases so that not one CP meeting was cancelled or missed by one person.
