Witchery is a leading Australian fashion label that seeks to capture the ever-shifting fashion mindset of men and women across the globe. Witchery delivers up-to-the-moment fashion and accessories at affordable prices couples with a world-class retail experience. The label owns and operates 200 retail stores across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. When I joined Witchery, the company was experiencing rapid growth in the Australia market. In my role as Garment Technician and Quality Assurance, I was responsible for coordinating the production and garment development for three ranges: 1st Edition, Swimwear and Lingerie. I also oversaw fitting sessions and achieved outstanding product fit and quality improvements across all categories (jackets, pants, knitwear and leather).

Wonderbra is a brand of underwear gained worldwide prominence in the 1990s. The brand went on to expand globally from a single successful brassiere design into a full-range lingerie fashion label. Across the globe the Wonderbra brand continues to be renowned for affordability and sex-appeal.In my role as Underwear Designer, I was responsible for designing the following collections of womens underwear: Winter 2014, Summer 2015, Winter 2015. In creating these collections, I was required to accurately forecast print design and colour trends for the underwear market.

With a product team based in Australia and an innovative approach to retail, Decjuba is all about making women look and feel amazing.During my time as Production Coordinator & QA, my responsibilities were to meet with suppliers in China, cost the upcoming season, manage the fit sessions, liaise with local and international suppliers regarding garment fit and coordinate the production schedule. I improved lead time and efficiency within the production team and was able to reduced costing by effective negotiations with our suppliers.
