Third, and final year, of the Five-Year Masters Program at West Virginia University's Benedum Collaborative Program:- A Intern continues to attend their assigned Professional Development School (PDS), Morgantown High School, where the student goes in to: - teach full time for the Fall semester, attending all Professional Development activities and school activities that teachers would attend - attended SAT meetings and IEP meetings - had meeting and conferences with parents and administrators about students - created multiple units to teach the 10th grade English content to match the state standards - implemented multiple different strategies when teaching (whole group, small group, jigsaw, mixed ability, choice boards, etc.) - created a service learning unit for students to apply content knowledge outside the classroom - created a school wide writing compeition
