I have a wealth of knowledge gained from 23 years working within HR and 5 years as a business owner, and this has led me to be passionate about creating great places to work. I know first-hand the challenge of balancing commerciality with being a good employer, but I believe people are the biggest asset to any organisation, and when you get the balance right, great things happen. The areas that pique my interest are Business/HR Strategy, Management Development and Complex ER, however, I am a great believer in getting the basics right and the rest will follow.
