Kellie Ferris is the Principal and Creative Director of Arts & Visual Design, Inc., a results-driven design studio with a focus on client satisfaction through genuine partnerships providing impressive service and high quality products.Specializing in integrated creative programs, including event collateral, ebooks, case studies, white papers, corporate branding, custom publishing and marketing materials.

Launched and managed in-house creative agency, servicing all company products. Major focus was custom integrated programs, which generated 300% revenue growth within first 2 years. Customers included CA HP, Microsoft, IBM, TechData, Kodak and Arrow Electronics.

Developed and managed corporate art department, one central design group that supported marketing needs of 3 business units: corporate, conferences and direct mail. Added West Coast division to service growing business needs. Expanded capabilities to integrated programs including, custom publishing, corporate branding and event marketing. Responsible for department's budget and financial goals.
