I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who found my passion for commercial real estate in 2019, and since then, I have been on a fulfilling journey of learning and growth.Before embarking on my career in commercial real estate, I spent nearly 14 years in the news industry. Working on the assignment desks of three local stations—NBC, CBS, and FOX—I honed my skills in gathering newsworthy stories and coordinating the necessary resources to effectively deliver the news. Throughout my tenure, I excelled in organization, leadership, communication, and most importantly, building strong interpersonal relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. These skills seamlessly translated into my transition into commercial real estate, enabling me to thrive in my new profession.Tampa has been the hometown of my family for five generations, and the realm of commercial real estate has always been ingrained in our roots. It all started with my great-grandfather, who purchased a butcher/grocery store in Ybor City back in 1939, on the corner of 12th and 12th. My grandfather made notable contributions by acquiring residential and commercial properties in Tampa, including a parcel that became part of the renowned Armature Works assemblage.My professional background extends beyond the news industry, as I have also gained experience in media and public relations, as well as in the nonprofit sector. However, it is within the commercial real estate industry that I have found my true calling as a licensed real estate professional. I specialize in investment sales, as well as representing both landlords and tenants in their real estate transactions.As I continue to forge ahead in my commercial real estate career, I am committed to providing exceptional service to my clients, leveraging my diverse skill set, and building upon the legacy of my family's involvement in the Tampa commercial real estate landscape.
