Construction Technical Project Lead
Coordinate activities of Construction contractors, Delhaize Construction Supervisors, Food Lion store personnel, store Maintenance, and third party IT vendors to complete the remodels of Food Lion store markets while maintaining profits and smooth transitions for store employees and managers. Act as liaison between Construction and IT departments (especially the NextGen wireless network project) while engaging in process improvement to address gaps and communications between Delhaize departments in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Manage multiple vendor relationships, address store Maintenance work orders and IT service tickets and dispatch technicians accordingly, coordinate communications to store personnel, and assign statements of work while tracking progress for any sub-project initiatives as directed by Retail or upper management. Data entry and subsequent invoicing for multiple vendor undertakings and service calls. Provide on-call support as needed to ensure overnight scheduled events are successful and stores can sell groceries timely and efficiently. Maintain several detailed schedules and distribute with regular cadence. Engage in proper lessons learned discussions following hectic market completion in preparation for the next.
