I am serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Coordinator of Religious Education at the Parish of Sacred Heart in Mount Holly, NJ.

Assisting post-secondary students in the Transition Program with tasks and responsibilities on the job site.

My responsibilities entailed design and implementation of marketing campaigns for the three divisions of The Protocall Group (Light Industrial, Healthcare and Office/Professional). I was responsible for the design of marketing collateral for the sales and recruitment teams such as business cards, sales brochures, orientation guides, postcards, flyers, and ads for various publications and event program booklets. In addition, I was responsible for all social media content planning, design, scheduling and reporting. From 2011 - 2019 I also served as the Executive Assistant to the chairman of the Affiliated Staffing Group, which is a staffing association of non-competing staffing firms in North America. I planned all aspects of three conferences for this organization annually as well as handled membership, billing and correspondence for the association.

Managed a staff, prepared budgets and developed schedules for the production end of the computer-based tests developed for the GRE, SAT as well as other various tests.

Using illustration software, I drew the graphics that are contained in computer-based SAT and GRE tests. Using specially developed software, I designed the layout of individual test questions for computer-based SAT and GRE tests.
