My mission is to ensure MRN attracts, engages, and retains the most qualified and diverse candidates who share our vision of making a difference to patients' lives and pioneering innovation in healthcare.As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Medical Research Network (MRN), I lead a global team who are passionate about finding and hiring the best global talent for our specialised clinical trial support services.My core competencies include talent assessment and selection, strategic workforce planning and developing global talent acquisition strategies. I am skilled in using various tools and platforms to streamline and optimize the hiring process, including a variety of ATS, CRM software, and of course Linked Recruiter.I have a Practitioner certification with Predictive Index (behavioural assessment), and have attended several programmes including Strategic Workforce Planning (Henley Business School), an Executive Mini MBA, and most recently a course in Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion with INPD, for which I am currently completing L5 CMI Award accreditation.I was excited to further expand my learning this year in the area of Applied Neuroscience, and recently completed a 10 day programme with Dr Patricia Riddell via ITS.
