• Create and implement innovative sales techniques to aggressively seek out new business opportunities• Consult with new and existing clients on hiring issues and business need, while developing actionable recommendations and solutions• Participate in local networking events with the goal to enhance and maintain ESPO brand awareness• Aggressively strive to meet and exceed set sales targets• Excel while working under a high level of autonomy• Collaborate with the recruiters to ensure team goals

• Develop and maintain recruiting resources including internet, and employee referrals• Conduct all tasks associated with the recruitment, screening and hiring of new candidates• Convey company policies, procedures and benefits during the hiring process• Complete reference checks and evaluate reference data• Recruit candidates for all disciplines and all levels of Engineering and I.T.: Manufacturing, Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing, Piping, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Sales, Application Engineers, Environmental, Chemical, Construction, Transportation/Logistics, Technicians, CAD designers/drafters, I.T./MIS professionals, clerical, assemblers…• Forward recommendations to sales staff based on the information uncovered through interviews and skill assessments • Promptly source candidates by using various software recruiting tools, such as JobDiva, in addition to using personal connections • Generate sales leads for Account Executives
