I am a leadership coach and leadership development specialist. I design and deliver leadership programs and provide leadership coaching in both one-on-one and group settings. I work with organizational and executive clients across corporate, government and non-profit sectors and in a variety of industries including finance, professional services, higher education and transportation. I prioritize creating trusting relationships and a safe space for exploration, where I use genuine curiosity, gentle challenge and reflective inquiry to help my clients get clear on who they are as leaders and what it takes to bring that vision to life.
