We pride ourselves in our customer satisfaction, with over 10,000 customer reviews across our websites. ● Coaches Associates, Supervisors, and Mid-Level Managers and acts as intermediary toresolve issues.● Weekly traveling to our other locations (Hudson Valley, Westchester, Riverhead, and Plainview).● Responsible for conducting orientation sessions for new hires, providing essential information about the company culture, policies, and expectations, and departments.● Advises supervisors and junior-to-mid-level management on key personnel decisionssuch as hiring, firing, and performance management.● Manage the off-boarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and necessary administrative tasks - and making sure others who are involved in the off-boarding process do their tasks.● Manage the on-boarding process for new hires, including getting their background/ drug screens scheduled and necessary administrative tasks - and making sure others who are involved in the off-boarding process do their tasks.● Conduct 30, 60, 90 days reviews on all new hires.● Plan and organize office parties as well as events outside of the office.● Serves as a frontline liaison and first point of contact with all Associates on matters related to human capital practices and/or employment issues.● Review resumes and job applications, pre-screen candidates, schedule and conductinterviews.● Provide proactive and timely communications to managers and candidates with respectto their status in the recruiting process.● Administer surveys to gather feedback on employees' experiences within the organization, identifying areas for improvement.● Develop and implement strategies to engage with current employees, using thoughtful questions to understand their needs and perspectives, and overall just to get to know them better on a personal level.
