She is a Senior Human Resources Executive with over 18 years of comprehensive human resources experiences in acute care, long term care, and higher education. She also is a member of the C-Suite executive team. She has demonstrated experience collaborating with senior management to conduct Organizational and Departmental strategic planning, in order to support and further corporate initiatives and goals. Kellie Pearson is responsible for the oversight of the Nutritional Services Department, Employee/Occupational Health, Childcare Center, and the Volunteer Services and Chaplaincy Departments. She is a two time graduate of Temple University and is pursuing her doctorate degree.
