I manage all services and activities related to the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program. As a CEAP Program Coordinator I :-Coordinate, plan and direct the delivery of case management and the analysis of programs-Exercise direct supervision over assigned staff-Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with grant contract-Prepare reports and monitor program performance relative to goals and objectives and takes appropriate action, when indicated, to ensure compliance with grant and program performance requirements-Serve as a liaison between department and community boards and committees-Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; assess and monitor workload, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationships; and identify opportunities for improvement, and direct the implementation of changesI have 6+ years of putting communities at the heart of their own local services.
