With 20 years of HR experience in organizations of many sizes, I can tell you there is never a dull moment in Human Resources. As a Regional Manager of a staffing company, I developed relationships with many HR departments and employees at all levels of each organization. Through this experience, I was able to learn from the success of some, and the mistakes of others. I am a member of both the York and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management. I currently spend my free time volunteering with the Junior League of York, YCEA Ambassador and SCORE.
