Kellie Whitehead is an award-winning PR, marketeer, communications expert and a copy and brand journalism specialist. With nearly 25 years industry experience in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Kellie has held a number of roles in-house and agency side and is proven at conceptualising and implementing creative communication campaigns for many industries and different size businesses, including family-focused brands, entertainment and sporting venues, e-commerce, FMCG, health, medical, wellness and for a number of well-known personalities. Being one of the early adopters of digital PR and online community building, Kellie created and grew the UAE and UK Mamavents and Cinemama brands in 2009, and in 2015 founded Female Fusion Network, the UAE's most engaged community of female entrepreneurs. She has also built digital and community strategy for Unilever, Kodak, MAF Malls, and Standard Chartered Bank. Proven at delivering communications, messaging, and copy that drives action, Kellie has written under her own name for many media outlets including The National, Arabian Business, Gulf News, Red Magazine and The Hollywood Reporter.During the past 10 years and alongside running her online communities, Kellie’s passion for working with women, female entrepreneurs and family-focused brands, led her to delivering bespoke coaching, consultancy, and strategy to female entrepreneurs in marketing, PR and digital and she has focused on nurturing and advocating for women in business across the UAE and the UK with her being one of the most respected voices in this area in the Middle East. Kellie joined award-winning communications agency TishTash in January 2022, after a long relationship working with the agency as consultant, as well as in many partnerships and collaborations with Female Fusion. Kellie leads the formation and launch of the new UK office for the agency, as well as supporting the GCC arm of the business with award-winning campaigns and strategic guidance. Committed to nurturing and growing the all-female team in both office locations, she is working on a programme of training and mentoring, and upskilling all in powerful communication techniques to drive results for clients and their businesses.
