As an HR professional with a heart to serve, I am dedicated to creating a positive impact for candidates and employees alike. As a Mama of two young kids, multi-tasking and prioritizing are second nature.My passion for helping people throughout their career lifecycle has led me to gain experience in various areas of Human Resources. After getting a taste of how undervalued the candidate experience is these days, I have chosen to focus my attention there. I believe that the candidate experience not only sets the tone for the future employee, but often influences the first impression of an organization. High stakes, folks. Outside of my professional life, you can find me cheering from the T-Ball stands, taking a million and a half photos at a dance class, or serving my community in Kids Ministry and as a Leader of a Girl Scout Troop of Brownies. Did someone say cookies?!At the center of it all, my goal is to love like Jesus. At home. At the office. At the soccer field when someone’s kid illegally pushes my kid.
