Currently I spend time volunteering in my community, managing my household, and assisting my husband in our various entrepreneurial projects. My husband and I (with a partner) started a collection of software and education tools for real estate investors called Propelio with a partner. It was the perfect marrying of our two business interests. Propelio has a whole host of features like lead and contact management, lead generation, MLS deal alerts, comparable market analysis of potential investment properties. We have since sold our ownership and enjoy watching its continued success!I worked in the corporate world as a web developer for 6 years where we primarily used Microsoft technologies. I developed custom-built business applications to satisfy the needs of the company's internal departments (HR, Store Operations, etc.)I not only developed these applications, but I also assisted my customers in determining the best solution and took on roles of the project manager at times.I have been investing in real estate since 2010 and owned 5 rental properties. By 2016, we sold the 5 properties and now do other real estate investing. I received my real estate license in 2011 and have enjoyed learning even more about the industry. By owning rental real estate I have gained experience managing properties as well. At one point, I managed 14 properties, including our own.
