As a registered interior designer since 2007 in the state of Florida. I have worked on a wide variety of project types from public school, corporate offices, multi-family clubhouses, medical facilities, commercial offices, hospitality and government facilities. I have extensive experience working with architects as a design team and independently on new and renovation projects. I have many years of experience in all phases of design from the initial client meeting, budgets, space planning, construction documents, FF&E selections and specifications, shop submittal review, responding to RFIs and following through with final construction inspections. Specialties: Skills I have acquired over the years include, AutoCAD, Revit, Indesign, code research, project management, building relationships with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors, mentoring young designers, listening, organization, attention to detail, space planning, programming, FF&E selections, construction knowledge, supervising design production, specification writing, and construction administration.
