I successfully managed production timelines and deliverables for each event from time of contract through onsite execution. I eventually pivoted roles to manage new business development for the Revel Décor division and independently created over $100,000 in new revenue through industry networking, direct referrals and incoming leads in a 6-month timeframe.

This was my introduction to the industry I love today! In this role I supported between 4-6 client association events annually, including tradeshows, conferences and planning meetings ranging from 4-5,000 attendees. My main responsibilities included managing tradeshow financials, decorator services, sponsorship fulfillment, food & beverage planning and housing management. I developed strong customer service and communication skills and to this day have implemented my learnings into each subsequent position in my career.
