- Maintain petty cash vendors and custodians in SAP.- Process Board Member payments monthly.- Primary contact for Purchase Order Requisitions - Receive, verify and process Field Representative Change Forms using SAP.- Maintain database for Payroll dashboard reports for Salaried, Executive and Pension employees.- Liaison for internal customers by providing leave balances, resolving timekeeping discrepancies and providing required training for time entry and payroll processes.- Prepare executive timekeeping documents for the Payroll manager’s review and release for processing.- Review Petty Cash, Vendor Information Update Forms, Wires and ACHs documents prior to entering updates/changes into SAP.- Liaison for vendor maintenance activities for the entire company to ensure timely payments.
