I assist with the development of marketing communication tools, proposals and content support for the engineering and architectural departments. Collaborate with leadership, and members of the marketing team to ensure that each project receives the resources and attention needed to be successful. I also help with correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Marketing Team on project deliverables and timelinesExecute and prioritize project tasks efficiently and accuratelyCoordination/creation of internal and external presentationsAssist in the preparation of proposal responses and credentials packages, coordinating with various internal/external resources to gather input to adequately package the response per the request of the clientAssist with editing/updating website content such as project profiles, news and statistical informationDrafting press releases and other marketing copyResearch media coverage and industry trends, and other topics as neededAssist with the coordination of events related to sponsorships, trade shows, conferences, golf outings, etc.Provide assistance with the standardization of procedures, templates and formsPerform other tasks and responsibilities as may be required
