  Kelli is a Partner in the firm's Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Law Group.Kelli received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2005, where she was awarded the Justice Lloyd Kagey Leadership Award. Prior to joining the firm, Kelli served as a legal intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office of Federal Operations in Washington D.C.Kelli regularly counsels businesses on the best ways to stay out of trouble, which isn't always easy considering employees often do unexpected things. While there is always risk associated with decision-making, Kelli helps employers lay the groundwork to make any subsequent defense of claims (if necessary) as easy as possible.
