Current• Develop and execute territory planning and quota setting to ensure balanced coverage and achievable targets for the sales team. • Optimize sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness. • Use data analysis to support decision-makers, providing insights that drive strategy and improve performance. • Manage CRM systems to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools that enable data-driven decision-making. • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. • Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting, qualified leads and track tracking of sales opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally working on different projects involving marketing, customer success and sales teams. • Provide sales enablement support, including onboarding new hires and identifying training needs to boost team performance. • Support the customer success team by developing tailored reports and dashboards to enhance client satisfaction and retention. • Contribute to Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies by providing operational insights and supporting execution plans.
