As a senior graphic designer, I am responsible for the development and coordination of visual presentations including promotional advertising, print collateral, web graphics and other assets that build awareness of the Northside Hospital brand, as well as promote understanding and knowledge of programs and services.Design Responsibilities:- Skilled at listening, clarifying, gathering business requirements from key stakeholders to translate their vision into a effective visual design that meets their needs and the brand of the organization- Create visual identity packages for 5 hospital campuses and 120+ physician practices that include digital assets, logos, annual reports, brochures, fliers, letterhead, newsletters, cards, etc.- Created and codified first brand governance to direct the Northside System as a whole- Collaborate with development team to create look and feel for 80+ physician practice websites, creating visual assets to meet brand vision- Partnered with outside agency colleagues to create advertising template and process to promote system across 100+ print advertisements- Manage online ordering system for print products, responsible for entire process from training end users to customer serviceLeadership Responsibilities:- Confident in presenting to executives and outside organizations on subject matters- Departmental authority on visual identity of the hospital brand- Subject matter expert on Gwinnett Medical Center’s culture, history and personnel- Mentoring junior designers in best practices, software platforms- Served as the Marketing Intern Coordinator: - Interview and hire interns - Liaison between university and hospital - Managed interns in addition to their tasks and education opportunities
