Worked individually with students to answer complex academic situations, understand policy and procedure, refer students to academic resources, and complete forms and documents while following university and FERPA policies. Conducted appointments in person, on the phone or via email.Used E-Advisor, Peoplesoft, Retention Dashboard, DARS, MyReports and Salesforce to effectively work with students, staff and faculty.Taught JUS 191 in Fall 2013 and SST 191 in Spring 2014 by presenting to class weekly on topics pertinent to first year success, managing the course Blackboard and grading.
