Prepare and distribute RFQs, RFIs, and RFP to bidders, lead site brief sessions, manage all necessary meetings or sessions with landlord, vendors, and client during bid. Evaluate bid quotations, summarize and submit a report for client's review and approval to appoint General Contractor / vendors / consultants. Define work scopes, and deliver global guideline or standards with sub-contractors.Lead weekly meetings and all other necessary meetings with sub-contractors, MEP / IT/ AV/ Security / furniture vendors, consultants, and clients. Review and submit technical, commercial documents and/or proposals to client for approval. Review and prepare value engineering if requested or necessary for client's review.Review direct procurement items (proceed bid if necessary), track lead time, procure long lead items in advance, and check in for any defects when installed or delivered. Proceed regular site walks / inspections through out the project to control quality, prevent any potential risks including HSE, cost & schedule impact, and moving. Undertake design and construction qualities, overall timeline, HSE target, Variation Orders that may come up during project, and control all costing within the approved budget. Raise and track payment certifications and invoices upon agreed payment schedule.
