FitKO Health is the realization of a dream that God made clear would some day be my future...and here we are today, in the present and my dream has come true! FitKO Health's mission & purpose is to help plant & harvest healthy bodies, spirits, and lives one person & one goal at a time. Producing, offering, and implementing numerous health and wellness services including (but not limited to): health coaching, fitness and/or nutrition consultation, program design, personal training, small group training, youth fitness camps, lunch and learns, group fitness instruction, etc.

Create & instruct various exercise classes (Spinning, Butts & Guts, Interval Burn, etc) at area corporate offices & gyms as an independent Group Exercise instructor.Lead motivational and effective exercise classes at various Greater Grand Rapids YMCA locations.

Developed & led curriculum to preach the importance of total Wellness as the bible instructs.
