BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPReceived highest internship review within business development component of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Identify, through both internal and external research coordination, strategically aligned partners that enable the Nashville Entrepreneur Center to strengthen its position in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through this work the NEC has started preliminary partnership discussions with Cumberland Western, Brentwood Capital, and Red Bull.Creation of partnership opportunity proposals outlining potential relationship guidelines between the NEC and its strategic partners. Partners adopted during my time include Google, Make It Pop Creations, LBMC and the Nashville Post.Executed upon partnership initiative strategies designed to engage key constituents with the NEC’s members and greater community. Executed partnership initiatives include the launch of Evolve Women, Healthbox, and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. GRAND OPENINGOperated as second in command for the grand opening of the new Nashville Entrepreneur Center, a 4-day, 1500 person initiative that includes tours, speakers, VIP banquet, and public grand opening celebration. Keynote speakers included Scott Case, John Ingram, Clayton McWhorter, Ingrid Vanderveldt, and Mayor Karl Dean.Created event specific budgets for grand opening and partnership events which included vetting vendor proposals, coordination of vendor activity, and payment of necessary accounts. Vendors included Loveless Café, Music City Tents and Events, and Yazoo Brewery.
