My role as Director of Clinical Development was working with clients; such as, larger retailers, treatment centers and recovery programs located throughout the country. In the workplace division, I implemented best practices for testing workflow and products, based on client requirements and state laws for workplace safety and pre-employment testing. On the clinical side, I partnered with clinicians and specialty providers to suggest products and lab services for treatment and medical monitoring. Managed a group of collection processors which reside at client sites.

As an Account Manager, I assisted clients in aligning their technology environment with their business goals to ensure a more innovative, creative, and collaborative environment. Physician engagement, accessibly and ease of use within software and add-on modules. Patient experience was also important for quick registration and the ability to access medical records. Goals included but are not limited to labor and cost savings, increased convenience and mobility, and increased security of sensitive information. Account Executives were responsible for managing the Enterprise Resource Planning platform in the Mid -Market Named accounts in the Finance/Insurance space. I aligned the clients' vision to current and future projects while maximizing their current platform. These accounts were large enough to have multiple decision-makers across the business and across Oracle. I served as the liaison between the various clients business and within Oracle.
