This assessment includes determining if there is strategic alignment, validating if these entities truly deliver on affordability and value, and consideration of how these entities impacts our products and brand. This requires working with and across multiple business units in the Enterprise to understand the implications and opportunities these emerging and evolving provider models represent.

Key contributor leading a team focused on identifying and implementing solutions to reduce and control total medical costs for clients and customers related to non-par provider utilization. Responsible for development and delivery of educational materials related to non-par programs for leadership across the organization, including reporting to identify and prioritize non-par to par contracting conversions and referral opportunities. Subject matter expert and business lead for surprise billing legislation, working with Legal and Regulatory Compliance in the creation and implementation of operational solutions.

Responsible for identification, prioritization and delivery of Non-Par Cost Containment programs to meet internal and customer medical cost goals. Success is based on ensuring strong partnerships with business teams, ongoing program results, development and analysis of reporting, ongoing identification and delivery of process improvements.

Responsible for:- maintenance, continued development and management of Project Portfolio, including innovations to the tracking and reporting related to the plan. - sharing Overall Project progress and results throughout the organization.- data compliation and organization resulting in data-driven decisions for staffing support and transition to a new relational database - working with Operational Effectiveness and Business Analytics to collect and analyze staffing data resulting in business proposals for senior management.

Responsible for:- Contract Intent Discovery. This included Contract Reviews resulting in fact-based recommendations on system configuration to systematically capture contract intent terms and related variation within those terms. Also responsible for the resource deployment to gather data and map/replicate the data.- Data Quality Management Algorithm and Scorecard Development. This included the delivery of standardized, repeatable algorithms and mapping for foundational data elements supporting overall strategy.- Non-Par Selection Analysis. This included validation of Non-Par selection accuracy and identification of root causes/sources of future opportunities, Results of this analysis supported the importance of improving ACCU (accurate, current, complete, and usable) of underlying data.- Mentoring and developing analysts to ensure continued project progress/understanding and contribute to career progression.
