- Served as project manager on several $1 million + contracts for federal clients, primarily in support of USDOT Federal Highway Administration- Major projects included: designing, simulating, and conducting field experiments for connected and automated vehicle applications (cooperative merging and speed harmonization), updating the USDOT specifications for roadside units that enable wireless communications for Connected Vehicle applications, conducting a cost-benefit analysis on the impact of city-level parking cash-out ordinances- Key tasks included: contracts and project management, oversight of internal staff and subcontracting teams, conceptual design, stakeholder outreach, requirements development, software development, data collection and analysis, functional test plan development and execution, roadside asset management, technical writing, and direction and development of outreach videos

- Supported various projects for federal clients, primarily USDOT- Major projects included: developing technical requirements for on-board units that enable wireless communications for Connected Vehicle applications, coordinating international stakeholders for Connected Vehicle standards development, supporting grant management for High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail projects in the Northeast Corridor- Key tasks included: research of existing standards and policy, development and analysis of vehicle trajectory models, technical writing, technical document review, stakeholder outreach, development of briefing documents and presentations
