As a goal-loving person with an affinity for numbers, I’ve always sought ways to use my interests to make a difference. And of all the opportunities I’ve had to combine them, being an Edward Jones financial advisor — partnering with clients on the path to making their goals a reality — in the Outer Banks is by far the most rewarding.I currently serve as a trainer and coach for experienced financial advisors within Edward Jones, and as the Visiting Veteran for training classes. Outside of work, I can normally be found volunteering with Military Vet groups. As an Afghanistan Veteran, I think it's extremely important to dedicate time to serving our community. I'm currently the Commander of our OBX American Legion Post and an appointed member of the National Headquarters' Small Business Task Force in Washington, DC. I'm also on the board of directors for Interfaith Community Outreach in Kill Devil Hills. When I was a young girl, I observed my family stumble through the pitfalls of administering my grandfather's estate. I thought, "There must be someone who can help with this." This is the moment I started moving toward a career as a financial advisor. As a teenager, my mom helped to grow my interest by researching investment options with her. As an adult, it's a true blessing to live this dream every day for the remainder of my life.Today, my first priority is to listen well, and to get an understanding of your goals and vision for your, and/or your family’s, future — and that is just the start. I’m proud to help provide well-researched guidance, backed by our extensive team and technology, that can help you prepare for retirement, children's education and other short- and long-term goals. I’ll work closely and collaboratively with you, as well as other trusted advisors like your attorney and accountant, every step of the way.My team and I look forward to providing you with extraordinary service and hope you will call to schedule a time when we can discuss your goals./*********/For instructions to opt out of Edward Jones commercial messaging and other important disclosures, see www.edwardjones.com/disclosures/social-media.
