While a full time student, I worked within the university's transportation department 20-25 hours per week on average (sometimes 30+ hours). I began as a bus driver and decided to seek leadership opportunities and became a basic operations trainer, driving instructor and dispatcher. Throughout the years there, I refined leadership and time management skills, developed the ability to stay calm during stressful situations and acquired customer service skills.
