About Kelli Trotsky Pfaff

With over 25 years of experience in the education and positive youth development field, Kelli has spent her time working as an informal and formal educator, coach, facilitator, trainer and school district leader. A Colorado Native, Kelli completed her undergraduate work in Humanities with a Secondary English Education degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds a Master’s in Education from Stanford University. Kelli’s expertise includes organizing, facilitating and leading internal meetings, strategic planning and large change management, influencing district policy, developing large multi-million dollar public/private initiatives, and engaging in designing and supporting community partnerships in a variety of contexts. She has worked with individual schools, district level teams, non-profit organizations and network collaborations across Colorado.
