Served as the project manager for a new initiative being launched from Texas A&M University's Division of Student Affairs designed to encourage meaningful conversations, increase inclusivity, and celebrate diversity on campus. Created the standard operating procedures for the position, including:• Launching a new storytelling campaign for the division, including project design, web page construction, social media plan, and assessment • Managing a team of 7 to design, shoot, produce, and publish videos within the established timeframe of the project plan while maintaining a commitment to quality• Creating a project plan and interview questions designed to break down barriers among the A&M population and promote inclusivity and relationship building • Recruiting more than 20 participants to interview and share their story• Forming partnerships with other organizations and offices across campus to promote engagement

• The only native English speaker, I oversaw all English written and spoken communication, drafting and proofreading publications, social media posts, and sponsorship communications. • Served as the MC for three events, managing the event flow and addressing over 1,000 people. • Wrote and published articles after every event for Amcham's website, social media, and annual magazine. • Handled varied jobs for members, including visa help. • Conducted all interviews and hiring for all volunteer and intern positions within the office

• Wrote and published 2 articles a month for a total of 8 articles during the semester• Engaged in weekly social media challenges to actively interest and increase follower base• Submitted the website’s first article written entirely in Spanish • Edited, formatted, and created graphics for articles

This office is a Non-Profit that provides assistance and shelter to incoming refugees and immigrants. Working entirely in Spanish, I assisted the office in varied tasks, including: filing paperwork, making copies, logging information for the financial aid program, making and accompanying clients to appointments, running errands around town, and creating relationships with clients.
