Under my leadership, we’ve stabilized the organization during a time of significant instability and expanded our impact, with program participation surging by 40%. We’ve also gained national attention, receiving the 2024 Hermes Creative Platinum Award for our State of the Industry report and earned accolades such as a 20% increase in YoY revenue due to a new partnership pricing structure.I’m also incredibly proud of the new Marketing + AI Innovation Program, designed to equip BIPOC creatives with cutting-edge skills in a rapidly evolving profession.
