Fiscal operations support for 35+ project managers and operations staff within the public utilities division, are my responsibility. I review vendor contracts, approve purchase requisitions, audit, and approve for payment, all incoming invoices. My role is a facilitator of partnership between the county and vendors to ensure smooth goods movement and adherence to fiscal policies as set forth by the board of commissioners. Support and provide guidance to the project management team to facilitate the hiring of design professionals, contract vendors, and materials required to complete the ongoing expansion of Collier County Utilities.
